You can also filter files by sorting them into those that need processing and those that don’t. In addition, you can set a scenario for each group consisting of several tasks.

Supported format

ImBatch is a modern program that can view and process any popular format: HDP, BMP, TIFF, GIF, JPEG, PCX, PNG, TGA, PIX, JP2, J2K, PSD, WDP. The application also includes several plug-ins that significantly expand the user’s ability to process the material. After connecting them all, the range of work expands to hundreds of supported formats, including RAW from cameras from different manufacturers.

The plugin called DCRaw includes support for thirty-seven Camera RAW format extensions: ARW, KDC, MEF, 3FR, K25, ERF, CAM, CS1, DC2, DCS, FFF, MDC, MOS, NRW, PTX, PXN, RDC, RW2, RWL, IIQ, SRW, CRW, CR2, DNG, NEF, RAW, RAF, X3F, ORF, SRF, MRW, DCR, BAY, PEF, TIFF, TIF, SR2. ImageMagick supports twenty-nine formats, and there are sixty-one native formats. The plugin called JBIG supports three formats: BIE, JBG, and JBIG, and DirectDraw Surface provides support for the DDS format.

Convenient interface

ImBatch has a preview system for the image where the changes were made. It allows you to see everything that you have managed to make or measure in the course of work, and in response to all actions, it is instantly updated.

Also, functions for working with the application are added to the context menu of the Explorer, which allows you to instantly make the transition from files to the program’s workspace.

Command line

For advanced users who want to get more options when working, you can launch the application via the command line using special commands. The program starts using parameters in the following format: ImBatch.exe [-h [NotSilent]] [-b ” SavedTasksFile.bsv”] [-i “ImageFiles”] [-r] [-c].

You can set the following parameters:

  • “- h ” operation without displaying the main program window. In this case, you need to set the “-r ” parameter, because otherwise it will not work and will immediately close.
  • The “-i “ImageFiles” command starts the program and immediately automatically starts downloading files from the selected directory specified in ImageFiles. If there are spaces in the image name, then the part of the command indicating the halyard must be put in quotation marks.
  • “- r ” starts automatic processing after the program is started.
  • “- c”is responsible for automatically disabling the program immediately after processing.

In addition, you can set parameters for starting and processing with commands, without using the command line. To do this, put the commands in a text document, and the document itself in the folder with ImBatch. Then the launch is performed with a single parameter ImBatch.exe “@ParamsFileName”.

Appearance

ImBatch supports a skin changer system that allows you to set any of its appearance. The system contains several standard models that differ in their models and shapes. ImBatch also supports Unicode, which allows it to be translated into any of the world’s languages included in this registry.
